The current situation is an independent two-story space surrounded by surrounding buildings in an elegant, quiet and secluded environment; the first floor has a high floor height and light on three sides; the entrance transition space has the potential to be shaped and the outdoor stacked water landscape has the potential to be shaped. The problem is that the indoor space is trivial and not integral due to the curtain separation and window separation, the roof decoration beam is broken and the overall wood color is heavy, which looks old and lacks vitality; the first floor has a low floor height and weak lighting. The new space has the function to have negotiation, business meeting, display, tea bar, the design needs to create these functional spaces relatively independent, the line of sight should be partially blocked, to avoid a glance through the space seems boring; the new space space properties should be biased towards the simple, modern, spatially interesting, flexible. The overall design concept integrates the first floor building entrance to create a transitional space for the main entrance of the first floor, and combines with outdoor art installations to create a military-themed "curatorial event", which corresponds to the form and content to achieve the concept of integration of military and civilian.
Design concept: The first floor space is based on the inherent modal relationship of the building structure, and the building structure is connected (north and south window frames) with 4mm thick fluorocarbon sprayed perforated aluminum panels in an array, forming "rows and rows" of superimposed lamellar arches, ultimately forming a similar "military command" atmosphere. "The first floor is more square, so it adopts 45° direction to form a plan layout, creating a multi-level dynamic line for viewing.
