Field forces

The spatial relationship between the building itself and the sea is sea, beach and building; the spatial relationship between the indoor space is higher stage sitting area, lower ground area and the sea outside the window. The southern side of the glass curtain wall side of the space is facing the sea, with good lighting and sightline, and the building has high floor height, so the space has great potential for shaping.

Challenge

How to deal with the relationship between the 12 columns and the new space will directly affect the overall atmosphere of the space; as the two owners are sisters but operate in different business modes, one owner operates coffee and the other one operates craft beer, how to make the two stores with different business modes not to interfere with each other when operating in practice, and the two interior design styles cannot be completely different. The interior design style of the two stores should not be completely different from each other, and the guests should feel that they are experiencing the same space; Anaya has many interesting space designs, and it is a challenge for this project to have a high recognition of the new space.

Atmosphere

Anaya is known for its beach, sea, seaside landscape and leisure buildings, but after several site surveys, it was found that the seaside lacked the element of rocks. The new space design applies water, rocks, sand and greenery to create a primitive, pure, natural and quiet atmosphere space. The whole layout concept is based on the natural scene of water washing over rocks, starting from the entrance like water rushing in from the sea flowing on the left and right sides of the space, the various functional areas of coffee and craft beer metaphorically huge rocks; 12 pillar head shape treatment reduces the oppressive feeling of space caused by the narrow space with high pillars, the white top and pillar head group shape creates the primitive feeling of cave; coffee and craft brew area each create ground The height of each of the coffee and craft brew areas creates a natural and quiet humanistic leisure landscape with sand, gravel, rocks and greenery respectively.
